Technical Expertise
Zonal Counting Balanced Liposuction: Traditional liposuction places contouring at the final stage of the procedure—first aspirating subcutaneous fat, then beginning contouring when liposuction ends, and finally visually comparing bilateral symmetry; therefore, such contouring is very difficult. After years of clinical practice, Dr. Wang Shujie proposed the “Zonal Counting Balanced Liposuction” method, using radial fan-shaped zoning or parallel zoning, with symmetric left-right counting and aspiration, ensuring no repeated needle tracts, no repeated aspiration, and no scattered needle puncture sites. This reduces irregular distribution of residual subcutaneous fat from the source, making the liposuction area smooth and flat, with a natural shape and smooth, graceful body lines.
Facial Liposuction: Facial liposuction is a highly challenging procedure. It places higher demands on plastic surgeons in terms of manual technique and aesthetic judgment. If irregularities on the body can be covered by clothing, facial irregularities cannot be concealed. Therefore, any doctor may dare to perform body liposuction, but few dare to perform facial liposuction. Facial liposuction is Dr. Wang Shujie's specialty; she has her own unique liposuction technique—the counting liposuction method—which can precisely control the flatness and symmetry of the operative area. This method is especially necessary for facial liposuction to ensure a flat, symmetric, and natural facial shape. In addition, as long as skin elasticity is not very poor, the skin will retract after surgery, and problems such as skin sagging and laxity will not occur. On the contrary, it will make the skin firmer.
Fine Buccal Fat Pad Removal: Many people believe that only face-slimming injections, facial liposuction, and bone grinding can slim the face; in fact, buccal fat pad removal can also achieve face slimming well. The buccal fat pad lies in the muscle spaces of the cheeks, commonly known as baby fat. This fat pad is not aspirated by negative pressure but extracted by clamping through a small incision in the buccal mucosa. Buccal fat pad removal is also Dr. Wang Shujie's specialty, because the procedure does not remove the entire fat pad; only an appropriate amount should be removed to achieve a face-slimming effect. Will buccal fat pad removal cause facial sagging? Dr. Wang Shujie believes that the idea that buccal fat pad removal causes facial sagging is a misunderstanding. Facial obesity often includes both buccal fat pad hypertrophy and subcutaneous fat thickening. After buccal fat pad removal, the local area is no longer bulging, but if adjacent tissues, especially on both sides of the oral commissure, were originally thick, they may appear more prominent, somewhat like tissue sagging. In this situation, both buccal fat pad removal and facial liposuction are needed. With the two treatments combined, not only will the face not sag, but there will be an obvious facial lifting effect.
PPDO Facial Thread Lifting: Proficient in various thread embedding techniques, able to precisely control the thread embedding plane, find the optimal golden implantation and lifting points, and restore sagging tissues to a natural youthful state without a suspended feel. Also skilled in facial liposuction + PPDO thread embedding lifting, completing face slimming, lifting, and tightening in one session to create a youthful, beautiful, and charming small V-shaped face.
Other specialties:
Enlargement of Small Eyes: Many anatomical characteristics of Asian eyes contribute to the common presence of small palpebral fissures. By combining various blepharoplasty techniques and medial canthoplasty with minimal scarring, we can significantly enlarge small palpebral fissures and make the eyes appear brighter.
Internal and External Approach Eye Bag Excision: appropriately combined with orbital septum fat release to treat difficult-to-eliminate tear troughs.
Upper and lower eyelid laxity correction in middle-aged and elderly patients: including blepharoplasty with skin excision, various brow excision procedures, lower eye bag excision, and temporal rhytidectomy, which can significantly improve periocular aging symptoms.
Abdominoplasty: excision surgery for abdominal skin laxity caused by obesity and pregnancy, removing the most appropriate amount of excess skin while minimizing scarring. Repair of dog-ear deformity after abdominoplasty.
Facial Lift and Rhytidectomy: suitable for patients with obvious facial skin laxity, tightening facial skin.
Injectable Aesthetics: skin booster injection for facial hydration, hyaluronic acid for facial filling, and Botox for facial wrinkle reduction.
